Plan Your Visit

Venue Accessibility:
Preservation Hall is accessible through a primary entrance located at 726 Saint Peter St. on the ground floor. To enter inside the venue itself, there is a wheelchair ramp which can be requested from venue staff.

Accessible Seating:
Special seating options are available for persons with mobility issues, their companions and families. There are seating locations that are wheelchair-accessible, where patrons can remain in their wheelchairs or transfer to chairs. Preservation Hall has bench style seating to accommodate persons who wish to transfer from their wheelchairs.

For Patrons with Autism or Other Sensory Processing Disorders:
Preservation Hall and Preservation Hall Foundation understand that patrons with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Sensory Processing Disorders have unique and varying sensory needs and sensitivities, as may individuals with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety, and other sensory, social, and cognitive disabilities. With this in mind, noise-reducing headphones and disposable ear plugs are available for all performances. If you require a sensory-free space at any point during the performance, Preservation Hall staff can assist you.

Service Animals:
Trained guide dogs and service animals are always welcome in Preservation Hall.

Emergency Procedures:
In the event of an emergency evacuation, a trained member of the Preservation Hall staff will assist you.
